Get the team off the floor and onto the water

Team outings work when people relax without the day dissolving. A sailing gives you a fixed window: a session on the covered deck, lunch or dinner, games and entertainment, and a sunset on the way back.

Smaller teams charter a yacht for a tighter, more informal feel. Larger teams take Calma or Royal with breakout space and AV for the working half of the day.
